If the applicant holds Dual Citizenship in Sri Lanka and in France, Spain, Portugal or Monaco, the original Dual Citizenship Certificate should be provided.
If a passport has been issued with a restricted endorsement and such endorsement has to be amended or deleted, the passport should be submitted along with relevant supporting documents
